Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- Wesson oil
- all-purpose plain flour - 2 c
- box xxxx powdered sugar - 1 item
- Cream oil and sugar
How to make carrot cake:
Sift together once the flour, soda and cinnamon. Cream oil and sugar. Add dry ingredients alternately with eggs, using one egg at a time. Add vanilla. Last, fold in grated carrots. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 3 layers.Icing:1 stick butter8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 box xxxx powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts Cream all together.
