Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 Tbsp
- large eggs - 5 item
- walnut pieces
- carrots, shredded - 3 c
- can pineapple, drained - 1 item
- sweetened coconut flaked - 5 oz
How to make carrot cake:
Heat oven to 325°. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, buttermilk and vanilla on low speed. Beat in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
