  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 1/4 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • jar baby apricots - 1 oz
  • jar baby carrots - 1 oz
  • can baby applesauce - 1 oz
  • Mix flour, spices and soda; add to egg mixture

How to make carrot cake:

Mix eggs, sugar and oil; set aside. Mix flour, spices and soda; add to egg mixture. Add baby applesauce, apricots and carrots, then mix in nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Cream Cheese Icing:1 lb. 10x sugar1/2 stick butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and pecans. Spread evenly over cake.
