Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- jar baby apricots - 1 oz
- jar baby carrots - 1 oz
- can baby applesauce - 1 oz
- Mix flour, spices and soda; add to egg mixture
How to make carrot cake:
Mix eggs, sugar and oil; set aside. Mix flour, spices and soda; add to egg mixture. Add baby applesauce, apricots and carrots, then mix in nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Cream Cheese Icing:1 lb. 10x sugar1/2 stick butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese.
