  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • allspice - 2 tsp
  • box powdered sugar - 1/2 item
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • Add oil and mix well

How to make carrot cake:

Mix sugar, flour and spices. Add oil and mix well. Add 1 egg at a time and mix. Add carrots and mix, then add raisins and walnuts. Bake in greased and floured pan at 375° for 40 minutes.Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1/2 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla Cream cream cheese and margarine. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
