Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- flour, sifted - 3 c
- Crisco oil - 1 c
- carrots, finely grated - 2 c
- small can pineapple with juice - 1 item
- Measure and blend dry ingredients together
How to make carrot cake:
Cream sugar and oil; beat in eggs. Measure and blend dry ingredients together. Add to sugar, oil and eggs. Fold in pineapple with juice, vanilla, carrots and nuts. Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 350° until done when tested with toothpick.Frosting:1 lRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
