  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • plus 1 Tbsp - 1 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • Beat in oil and eggs, one at a time

How to make carrot cake:

Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Beat in oil and eggs, one at a time. Stir in carrots and cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Frosting:1 stick butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box confectioners sugar1 c. chopped nuts milk Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add confectioners sugar and nuts. Add enough milk to spread easily on cooled cake.
