- sifted flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 2 c
- salad oil
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Sift flour once; measure and resift into mixing bowl with sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil and eggs; beat at medium speed until batter is smooth and well blended. Fold in nuts.
