- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/8 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- oil
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- Philly cream cheese - 1 (3
- Icing:1/2 box confectioners sugar
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1/2 box confectioners sugar1 (3 oz.) Philly cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1/8 c. milk Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients. Beat all ingredients well. Add carrots and nuts to mixture. Stir just enough to mix. Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°.Icing: Add milk a little at a time until consistency is smooth (like frosting). Spread on cooled Carrot Cake.
