Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 2 c
- cooking oil
- pecans - 3/4 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- baking flour - 2 tsp
How to make carrot cake:
Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Beat after each addition. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add carrots, pineapple (do not drain) and nuts. Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
