Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• brown sugar - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• sifted flour - 2 c
• cooking oil
• shredded carrots - 3 c
• golden raisins - 1 c

How to make carrot cake:

Sift together dry ingredients; add oil and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes in 9 x 1`3 x 2-inch pan.
