Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • granulated sugar - 2 c
  • pkg
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • salad oil

How to make carrot cake:

Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Mix cake ingredients well. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan or two layer cake pans. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.

Cream all icing ingredients together and frost "cool" cake.
