- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 2 c

- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- salad oil
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Mix cake ingredients well. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan or two layer cake pans. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.Cream all icing ingredients together and frost "cool" cake.
