Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flaked coconut - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- finely grated carrots - 2 c
How to make carrot bread:
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Add salad oil, vanilla, carrots, raisins, coconut, eggs and vanilla. Mix in nuts until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Carrots.
