Carrot bake
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 t
- cider vinegar - 2 t
- pepper - 1/8 t
- dried thyme
- vegetable or olive oil - 2 T
- baby carrots - 2 lbs
- small onions, quartered - 4 item
- garlic cloves, peeled - 6 item
How to make carrot bake:
Place carrots, onions, and garlic into greased 15x10 in. baking pan. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper, Gently toss to coat. Cover and bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Stir. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes; stir again. Bake 10 minutes longer or until carrots are crisp-tender. Yields 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
