Caramel popcorn balls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- water - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- popped corn - 4 5
- Karo syrup - 1 c
- canned milk - 3/4 c
How to make caramel popcorn balls:
Cook sugar, Karo and water to "string a hair stage" and add butter to melt. Add milk slowly (keep boiling). Cook back to soft ball stage. Pour over popped corn and stir until completely covered. Shape into balls. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Vegetables.
