Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • popped corn - 4 qt
  • dark corn syrup - 1/2 c

How to make caramel popcorn:

Stir together all but popcorn and cook to medium heat until it boils. Boil 5 minutes. Pour over popped corn. Bake at 250° for one hour; stir every 15 minutes. Turn out on brown paper bag until cool.
