Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 4 qt
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel popcorn:
Stir together all but popcorn and cook to medium heat until it boils. Boil 5 minutes. Pour over popped corn. Bake at 250° for one hour; stir every 15 minutes. Turn out on brown paper bag until cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
