Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- popped corn - 7 8
- white sugar - 3/4 c
How to make caramel popcorn:
Boil all ingredients, except corn and soda for 5 minutes, mixing well and stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add soda. Stir quickly. Pour over popped corn.Pour in pans and place in 250° oven for 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times. Cool. Put in tightly closed container.
