Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 15 c
- pancake syrup - 1/4 c
How to make caramel popcorn:
Mix sugar, margarine, syrup and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until edge gets bubbly. Cook for 5 minutes; stir in soda until foamy. Drizzle over popcorn that has been placed on cookie sheet. Bake at 200° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
