Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- caramel ice cream topping - 1/2 c
- carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz
- pecans, toasted - 1/4 c
- coconut, toasted - 3/4 c
- sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- 9-inch graham cracker crust or butter flavored crust
How to make caramel pie:
Mix in a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and milk; fold in the whipped topping. Spread half into pie crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel topping. Combine coconut and pecans; sprinkle half over the caramel. Repeat layers. Chill or freeze until serving. This is a convenient recipe for serving a crowd.
