Caramel pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- unbaked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- white syrup - 1/2 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- coarsely chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make caramel pecan pie:
Combine sugar and flour, mixing well. Add butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour mixture into pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes or until set. Yield: one 9-inch pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
