  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • half and half - 2 qt
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • cans Eagle Brand milk - 2 item
  • enough milk to finish freezer - 1 item

How to make caramel pecan ice cream:

Boil both cans of Eagle Brand milk in enough water to cover the cans for 3 hours. Let milk cool. Beat eggs; pour half and half in slowly; add Eagle Brand, whipping cream and sugar. Blend well and pour in freezer container. Finish with whole milk.
