Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 6 item
- half and half - 2 qt
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- cans Eagle Brand milk - 2 item
- enough milk to finish freezer - 1 item
How to make caramel pecan ice cream:
Boil both cans of Eagle Brand milk in enough water to cover the cans for 3 hours. Let milk cool. Beat eggs; pour half and half in slowly; add Eagle Brand, whipping cream and sugar.
