Caramel pecan cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 2 pkg
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
- caramels - 20 item
How to make caramel pecan cheesecake:
Mix caramels and milk in saucepan on stove, stirring until all the caramels melt. Remove from heat and put on bottom of crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar with a little milk. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in oven at 350° about 40 minutes or until center is almost set. When cooled, put in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Fruit.
