  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • oatmeal - 2/3 c
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • caramel ice cream topping 12 oz - 3/4 c

How to make caramel oatmeal bars:

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix cake mix, oatmeal, brown sugar and nuts in bowl. Add egg and oil; mix. Press half of dough into greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch). Pour on ice cream topping. Crumble remaining mixture on top. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
