Caramel icing
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
How to make caramel icing:
Mix butter and brown sugar; boil for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil. Cool completely and add powdered sugar to desired consistency (about 1 box). This icing is very good and doesn't get too hard.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
