Ingredients/Components
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Dash of Salt - 1 item
- Sugar, plus 1/2 c - 2 c
- stick Oleo, sliced - 1 item
- White Corn Syrup - 1 tsp
- Whipping Cream - 1 c
How to make caramel frosting:
Measure sugar, oleo, salt, corn syrup and whipping cream into saucepan with straight sides. Stir gently to mix and start heating. Keep the heat moderate. Put the other 1/2 c. sugar into iron skillet.
