Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 1/2 c
- half and half cream - 2/3 c
- rum extract - 1 Tbsp
How to make caramel fondue:
Combine caramels and cream. Cover and cook until melted (2 to 3 hours) on low in crock-pot. Stir in marshmallows and extract. Continue cooking 1/2 to 1 hour longer. Serve with apple wedges, pound cake, doughnuts and marshmallows.Small crock-pot works for 1 making; use large crock-pot for double recipe.
