- margarine - 1/4 c
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- Rice Krispies cereal - 6 c
- bag caramels - 1 (14
- butter flavored Pam - 1 item
How to make caramel crispy treats:
Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam (liberally); set aside. Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. Unwrap caramels, place in 1-quart glass casserole. Add marshmallows, margarine and water. Microwave on High for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Immediately stir melted mixture into cereal, tossing well to coat. Pour into pan and cool. Makes 24 (2-inch) squares.Variation: You may substitute 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips for marshmallows.
