Caramel corn puffs
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- Karo syrup - 1/4 c
How to make caramel corn puffs:
Mix butter, sugar and syrup. Heat in a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil. Stir constantly (approximately 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Add 1/4 teaspoon soda; stir. Place popcorn on a large cookie sheet or baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour syrup mixture over the popcorn. Bake 1 hour at 250°.
