- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- Karo syrup light - 1/2 c
- popcorn 3 microwave bags, plain - 7 qt
How to make caramel corn:
Boil first 5 ingredients 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and baking soda. Bake 1 hour at 250°; stir every 15 minutes. Coat popcorn. Use large roasting pan.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
