Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/2 lb
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- popped corn - 6 qt
How to make caramel corn:
Bring together the first 3 ingredients for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Blend in next 3 ingredients. Pour over popped corn. Mix well. Bake in two 9 x 13-inch pans at 250° for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes from bottom. Spread on wax paper to cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
