  • butter - 3/4 c
  • quick cooking oatmeal
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • butterscotch instant pudding - 1 (4

How to make caramel cookies:

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a rapid boil; remove from heat. Add butterscotch instant pudding and quick cooking oatmeal. Mix thoroughly. Cool 15 minutes and drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
