How to make caramel cookies:
Bring the first 3 ingredients to a rapid boil; remove from heat. Add butterscotch instant pudding and quick cooking oatmeal. Mix thoroughly. Cool 15 minutes and drop by teaspoon on wax paper.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
