  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • dry roasted peanuts - 1 c
  • apples, diced with peelings on - 3 c
  • butterscotch pudding, prepared

How to make caramel apple salad:

Mix all ingredients, except Cool Whip. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until time to serve.
