- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 4 tsp
- salt
- flour
- brown sugar
- butter - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- raisins - 1/2 c
- diced apples
How to make caramel apple cake:
Frosting:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/4 tsp. vanilla4 tsp. milk Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour pan. In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until toothpick is clean. Cool.Frosting: Mix all together and spread over Apple Cake.
