  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 4 tsp
  • salt
  • flour
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • diced apples

How to make caramel apple cake:

Frosting:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/4 tsp. vanilla4 tsp. milk Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour pan. In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until toothpick is clean. Cool.

Frosting: Mix all together and spread over Apple Cake.
