Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 8 c
- vanilla extract - 4 Tbsp
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 24 oz
- lemon juice - 6 Tbsp
- pecans, finely ground - 3 c
- cantaloupe, pureed - 6 c
How to make cantaloupe ice cream:
Combine first 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and coats the spoon. Remove from heat and cool. Add remaining ingredients.
