Cantaloupe bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- mashed cantaloupe - 1 c
How to make cantaloupe bread:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. If batter seems too thick, add additional juice. Grease and flour loaf pans; bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes. Melt butter over top and sprinkle 10x sugar on top.Optional: Raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, etc.
