- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- container Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- vanilla or almond - 1 tsp
- box yellow or white with pudding in cake mix - 1 item
How to make cannoli cake:
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Mix cake per instructions; put in pan. Mix well Ricotta, eggs, vanilla or almond and sugar. Gently pour Ricotta mixture over cake and spread with a spoon.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 4 hours.
