Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- boiled yams, sliced - 1 item
How to make candied yams:
Boil sugar, flour, butter and water for 15 minutes. Add vanilla. Put sliced yams in baking dish. Pour boiled syrup over sliced potatoes. Cover and cook at 325° for 30 minutes. Uncover and brown. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Casseroles.
