  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • medium sweet potatoes - 5 item

How to make candied sweet potatoes:

Peel potatoes; cut into strips about 1 inch thick. Place in 3-quart baking dish. Mix sugar and flour together well. Sprinkle over potatoes. Top with stick of butter. Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
