Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- dark corn syrup - 1/4 c
- to 5 medium sweet potatoes, uncooked - 4 item
How to make candied sweet potatoes:
Peel potatoes and slice lengthwise. Place in cold water with a little salt for a few minutes; drain. Place in a buttered baking dish. Add sugar, syrup and butter. Bake at 350° until tender.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
