- sugar - 1 c
- raw peanuts - 2 c
- water - 1/2 c
How to make candied peanuts:
Mix in saucepan and bring to a boil until water evaporates. Pour on cookie sheet, separating into big chunks. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.Note: Peanuts are a main crop of Burkina Faso, you can buy a bag off the streets for about a nickel.
