How to make candied apples:
Wash, quarter and core apples. (Rome Beauties work best.) Place apples in a saucepan with sugar and water. Cook slowly, uncovered, and stir frequently for about 1 hour or until apples are transparent.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Apple.
