  • sugar - 3 c
  • water - 1 c
  • red food coloring - 1 item
  • white Karo - 1 c
  • dashes cinnamon - 2 item
  • apples 7 medium or 15 small

How to make candied apples:

You will also need popsicle sticks.

Cook mixture until temperature on candy thermometer reaches 270° to 300°. Dip apples on sticks in mixture and place on buttered cookie sheet to cool.
