Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- water - 4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- frozen hash browns
- cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 2 item
- bag California Blend frozen vegetables - 1 item
- crumbled bacon if desired - 1 item
How to make canadian cheese soup:
Cook the first 6 ingredients until tender (about 30 minutes). Add the cheese. Stir until melted. Add the soup. Return to the heat 5 to 10 minutes on low. Stir in the milk. If desired, garnish with crumbled bacon.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Soups & stews.
