- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- large potatoes, diced - 4 item
- c flour - 1/3 item
- c butter - 1/3 item
- c water - 3 item
- lb velveeta - 1 item
- 1/2 c cold milk - 3 item
- c carrots, diced - 1 item
- c green pepper, chopped - 1/3 item
How to make canadian cheese soup:
Place bouillon cubes in water. Bring to a boil. add vegetables. Simmer for 12 minutes until tender. In another saucepan melt butter and blend in flour. Cook 1 min. Add milk and stir until thickens, approximately 10 min over low heat. Cut cheese into small chunks and melt in milk.
