Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 8 item
- slices bacon - 4 item
How to make campbelled eggs:
Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings. Cook green pepper and onion in drippings until tender. In bowl, stir soup until smooth. Gradually blend in eggs and pepper.
