California rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water - 1 c
How to make california rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Cover; let stand overnight without refrigeration. Next morning, roll dough the size of a 9-inch pie pan (1/2 inch thick). Cut into pie shape wedges. Roll from large end and place on a well-greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise. Can stay up to 8 hours. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.
