Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- Monterey Jack, grated - 1 lb
- to 6 zucchini squash - 5 item
- small jar mild Pace picante - 1 item
How to make california casserole:
Saute cut up squash and onion in oil until tender, but still firm. Add corn and picante sauce. Heat until hot. Pour into serving bowl; add cheese to the top. Serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
