- frozen lima beans, thaw under hot tap water - 1 pkg
How to make calico beans:
Cook bacon, beef and onion until lightly brown. Drain if there is excessive grease. Stir in salt, ketchup, mustard and vinegar. Add sugar and beans; mix well. Pour into 3 quart casserole dish, cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
