Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder
- cold mashed potatoes - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 3 item
How to make cake donuts:
Cream butter, potatoes and sugar. Add eggs, milk, nutmeg and vanilla. Sift baking powder with flour. Stir in mixture and add more flour to make a soft dough. Roll 1/4-inch thick; cut and deep-fry. Drain on paper towels. Roll in confectioners sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Healthy.
