- self-rising flour - 1 item
- bottle Louisiana hot sauce - 1 item
- cut-up chicken - 1 item
How to make cajun fried chicken:
Place chicken in airtight container and pour hot sauce over. Marinate overnight. Heat 1 inch oil in large skillet. Put self-rising flour in shaker bag. Add chicken to bag, a few pieces at a time.
