Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder
- pecans - 1 c
- canned milk - 3/4 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Add the flour, salt and baking soda; mix well
How to make cajun cake:
Mix sugar, eggs and pineapple together. Add the flour, salt and baking soda; mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Topping:1 stick margarine3/4 c. canned milk1 c. coconut1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans Combine margarine, sugar and milk in saucepan.
